Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of Quality Assurance Specialist is to support the design and operationalisation of assurance processes that ensure and enhance the overall quality of academic programs and administrative processes for higher education learning and teaching.

This position requires highly organised and detail-oriented attention for engaging in quality management activities and a deep understanding of university L&T operations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all organisational levels to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively in a team and with minimal supervision to complete tasks
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and develop solutions
  • Manage competing priorities and ad hoc requests while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
