">Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement academic quality assurance frameworks.
- Drive innovation in curriculum design and student learning experiences.
- Mentor academic staff to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Coordinate review cycles and ensure timely, rigorous program evaluation and reporting.
- Evaluate compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster collaboration across academic and professional teams.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Substantial experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum review, or program evaluation within a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of, and experience working with, the Higher Education Standards Framework (2021).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and support stakeholders through change and improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and mentoring skills with the ability to manage staff and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written communication, including reporting, briefing, and policy development.
- A postgraduate qualification in education, higher education policy, curriculum and assessment, or a related field.
