Quality Assurance Director

Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to drive excellence in international education and ensure the highest standards of academic governance, compliance, and quality assurance.
Oversee the development and maintenance of policy frameworks, manage risk, and lead compliance reporting to meet regulatory obligations. Provide expert advice on international education regulations and best practice in academic management.
Build strong relationships across RMIT and with external regulators, supporting governance boards and committees, accreditation and audit processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements- A relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate desirable).
- Proven leadership and management experience in an education setting.
- Expert knowledge of risk and regulatory frameworks related to international education.
- Strong experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing fit-for-purpose policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executives, regulators, and diverse stakeholders.
