  • Lead the operational delivery of academic quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance with national standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement in curriculum design, promoting innovative approaches to student learning.
  • Empower academic staff to enhance student learning and engagement through effective collaboration and support.
  • Coordinate internal review cycles and ensure timely, rigorous program evaluation and reporting.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across academic and professional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum review, or program evaluation within a higher education setting.
  • Strong understanding of, and experience working with, the Higher Education Standards Framework and risk-based regulatory approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and support stakeholders through change and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage staff and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written communication, including reporting, briefing, and policy development.
