This role is focused on overseeing the planning, design, and management of water treatment facilities. It involves contributing to project execution, developing process designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage water treatment projects from planning through construction
- Develop and review process designs, technical reports, and construction documents
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and clients
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure successful delivery
- Support permitting efforts and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 7+ years of experience in treatment design and infrastructure projects with demonstrated team management experience
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, treatment process design, pump station design, and utility infrastructure
- Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting
- Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
