Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to lead our team in delivering hybrid projects based out of Charlotte, NC.
Main Responsibilities- Manage water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects from planning through construction stages.
- Develop and review process designs, technical reports, and construction documents to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate successful project delivery and foster effective communication.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with a strong focus on project management.
- Licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in treatment design and infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing project schedules.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, treatment process design, pump station design, and utility infrastructure development.
