Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

This role involves overseeing all phases of water/wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of treatment facilities, pump stations, and collection/distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project budgets, scopes, schedules, and quality control.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact and develop long-term client relationships.
- Guide permitting processes and ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water/wastewater treatment processes, hydraulic modeling, permitting, and construction administration, with a passion for delivering sustainable and resilient water infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 10+ years of experience in treatment design and infrastructure projects with demonstrated team management experience.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, treatment process design, pump station design, and utility infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
