Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Nursery Supervisor to lead our team in Melbourne, VIC.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on a farm or nursery and be able to provide general supervision to small teams. They will oversee field operations, monitor productivity and outputs, and ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising small teams of field workers
  • Monitoring and reporting on day-to-day productivity and outputs
  • Operating and conducting farm activities, including the use of tractor, forklift, and other farming machinery
  • Training and supervising field labor workers

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic Excel and computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required. A valid driver's license and Australian working rights are also essential.
