About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is seeking a sales professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Sales. This role is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the sales processes and market trends.
  • Negotiate and manage client RFP and contracting process for the corporate market segment.
  • Source, secure and maximize business across MICE segment for both residential and event-only business, SME Corporate Accounts and Sports.
  • Effectively contribute to the overall sales strategy and success.
  • Manage incoming group and catering opportunities for the property.
  • Strong customer development and relationship management skills.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and energized individual with relevant experience in luxury sales. You should have a full working rights in Australia and be enthusiastic to escalate your career.

Requirements:

  • A relevant University degree and/or 3 years relevant luxury hospitality industry experience.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
