Job Description:

The role of a Supplier Success Team Leader is to be the first point of contact for all customers and assist in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers, and vendors.

This involves providing professional support, resolving complex issues, managing a team of up to 12 front-line Supplier Success Professionals, and ensuring that the team provides a world-class service experience to our customers as measured by customer survey results.

  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve complex issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Supplier Success Professionals and manage administrative duties such as attendance management, scheduling, coaching, disciplinary actions, recognition, call monitoring, side-by-sides, reporting duties, and other required administrative functions.
  • Coach, develop, mentor, and support front-line teammates, leading by example and participating in calibration sessions as needed.
  • Be involved in hiring and selection processes for Supplier Success Professionals and Team Captains.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience leading a small team.
  • Ability to encourage and mentor team members.
  • Strong customer service or call centre experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and orally.
  • An affinity for learning online software systems.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to travel occasionally.
