Consulting Transaction Diligence Role

In this high-impact consulting role, you will be working with a variety of clients to deliver transaction diligence services. This includes analyzing financial and operational results, conducting due diligence engagements, and identifying key value drivers.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  2. Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders based on your analysis, write up your findings and recommendations to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
  3. Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capable of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
