Job Title

As a key partner in shaping and advising on supplier agreements, you will ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant with policies, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure commercial soundness, risk mitigation, and compliance with policies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage contractual risks, support governance, and provide post-execution oversight including disputes and supplier offboarding.
  • Drive governance and process improvement by enhancing contracting frameworks, templates, and workflows while ensuring effective performance and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in contract/vendor management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Degree in business or commercial discipline, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
