Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Contract Advisor to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with expertise in contracts and property leasing to work closely with the Executive team and provide commercial legal advice across various areas.

  • Review, draft, and negotiate supplier and customer contracts, ensuring they align with our organisational objectives.
  • Provide legal input on leasing and property arrangements, advising on optimal solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Advise on employment matters and risk issues, identifying potential pitfalls and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Support governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring our operations remain aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to Board reporting and due diligence processes, providing valuable insights that inform our business decisions.
