About the opportunity

If you’re an experienced HR Manager looking for a role that offers you autonomy and something different every day, this is the role for you. Join the team at our Wagerup Refinery, where you can lead a small but effective team of HR professionals and contribute to the operational strategy and help transform the business.

With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, you will provide high level HR business partnering support to all areas across the operation and contribute to the Australian HR Team.

About the Job

Key aspects of the position include but are not limited to:
- Management of Employee Relations matters, including investigations and dispute resolution;- Providing HR guidance, support and advice to employees and the location leadership team;- Transformational change management, including driving and supporting culture change;- Leading Inclusion and Diversity initiatives including consideration of alternative talent solutions; and- Driving organisational effectiveness, learning and development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
- Significant experience across all facets of HR, with hands-on leadership experience and a passion for effective and collaborative HR partnering;- A proven track record of building effective relationships with key stakeholders, across all levels of the organisation;- High level competency with EBA interpretation and effective workforce management;- A working knowledge of organisational development and change management practices;- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and coach others; and- Experience within the mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial sectors would be highly desirable.
