HR Strategist

We are seeking a strategic HR professional to lead our human resources initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice and support to leaders on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop solutions to complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.
• Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and legislative changes, applying this expertise to drive business results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in HR leadership, with a focus on strategy, change management, and talent development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in HR systems, processes, and technologies, with the ability to analyze and improve operational efficiency.
