We are seeking an experienced APS 4 Planner to join our team at the Home & Living Planning & Operations Branch. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives and projects that support the agency's community engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and resolve moderately complex enquiries.
- Collaborate with participants and their representatives to identify current and future support needs and options.
- Apply relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation to make funding decisions that complement informal, community, and mainstream supports.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver services and address issues and complaints related to participant plans.
- Manage administrative tasks and data entry for participant records.
About You
- You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in data analysis and time management is required.
- Ability to manage multiple participant records efficiently is necessary.
What We Offer
- A 12-month contract with potential to extend.
- An hourly rate of $43.82 PLUS Super.
- A hybrid work arrangement with 2 WFH days and 3 In Office days.
