About the Role
As a member of the Maintenance team at RAAF Base Richmond, NSW, your primary responsibility will be to carry out work as tasked by the Aircraft Team Leads and or AMEs on either the aircraft or aircraft components. You will work within your competency and authorisation to contribute to the achievement of aircraft maintenance targets, and at times may be assigned to a number of varying maintenance projects undertaken by Airbus within the facility.
This role will also require manual handling, working at heights, specific aircraft painting tasks, hazardous waste management, chemical storage management and other facility support functions as required.
About You
The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:

- Exposure to or have worked in the Aviation industry or similar
- Experience working within a regulated maintenance environment
- Technical experience and or background from an allied industry
- Prior knowledge and or exposure within a surface finishing role
- Experience working to and complying with work, health and safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively within a team environment
