Leadership Position: Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Brand Influence Group (BIG) team. With a strong background in managing and coaching unique teams, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting upcoming initiatives, executing in the field with excellence, and providing support and insight across our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and support upcoming initiatives
- Execution in the field - ensuring 100% delivery of results
- Providing support and insight across our accounts to all stakeholders
- Managing and motivating a team of influencers
- Working with the team to deliver awesome results
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience in managing and coaching a unique team
- Motivate and innovate team to achieve BIG
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in FMCG preferred, not desirable

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Opportunities exist in NSW, VIC, or QLD.
