Facilities Coordinator

For a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Mail and Parcel Management: Handling and distributing mail and parcels in a timely and efficient manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and reports, including but not limited to, security logs and facility maintenance schedules.
- Building Patrols: Conducting regular patrols throughout the building to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a reception or security role is essential for this position.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills and typing speed are necessary for this role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to maintain accurate records and reports.
