We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our high-end residential construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute their expertise to delivering exceptional results.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to manage teams will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
  • Conduct site setouts and ensure accurate measurements
  • Manage site supplies, materials, and equipment effectively
  • Lead and motivate a team of Carpenters, Apprentices, and Sub-contractors
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication
  • Coordinate and manage other trades and sub-contractors as required
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years post-trade high-end residential experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma (preferred)
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • Drivers licence
  • White card
