The Role

You'll be leading a $6M class 1 residential build in Bronte, overseeing the project from groundworks through to handover. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage trades, maintain exceptional standards of craftsmanship, and ensure the project is delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and manage construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Set out the site and oversee carpenters and subcontractors.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, architects, and senior management.
  • Maintain the highest standards of workmanship while meeting deadlines.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record as a Foreman or Site Manager on class 1 architecturally designed homes ($2M+).
  • Cert IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent).
  • Carpentry background highly desirable.
