Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Finishes Manager to lead the completion of high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering first-class projects with bespoke, high-end finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and material procurement aligned with program milestones
  • Drive on-site productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and program delivery
  • Proactively manage design deliverables and coordinate seamlessly with design consultants
  • Execute and close out Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality checklists and RFIs with meticulous attention to detail
  • Support Site Leader in coordinating all site activities and trades

Project Details:

  • Duration: 3-4 months starting September
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, Saturday half-day
  • Flexible Engagement: Open to temporary-to-permanent employment or independent contractor arrangements

Requirements:

  • Construction qualification with 8-15 years of Design & Construct residential experience
  • Advanced proficiency in construction IT systems including site diaries, RFIs, document control, quality management and short-range scheduling
  • Unwavering commitment to safety protocols, quality standards and collaborative teamwork
