As a dedicated administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team of landscape professionals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide essential support to our team, encompassing meeting minutes, administrative tasks, and reception duties.

  • Assisting with team support, meeting minutes, and administrative tasks is crucial for the success of our business.
  • Preparing quotes and estimates, managing supplier lists will be your key responsibilities.
  • Coordinating marketing efforts, including social media and client communication is a significant part of this role.
  • Handling debtors follow-up and invoice matching is another important aspect of this position.
  • Assisting with HR tasks such as new hire paperwork and uniform management will be required.

Requirements: previous experience in a trade-based business assisting with administration, quoting, sales or scheduling is highly desirable. Familiarity with MY Job management software (Simpro) is advantageous but not necessary.
