Construction Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to manage the administration of our landscape construction projects.

This role involves producing quotes, providing support to supervisors on-site, and administering construction projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Xero and Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing detailed landscape construction quotes, including quantifying materials and sourcing prices
  • Providing administrative support to landscape supervisors on-site, creating job packs, liaising with subcontractors and ordering materials
  • Weekly invoicing and sending project updates to clients
  • Client communication and support, arranging site meetings and attending to client needs
  • Administration of construction projects, handling council requests and permit applications
  • Communication with key stakeholders and internal departments
  • Email and phone communications with staff, councils and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a landscaping, construction or trades/services environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero and Adobe Creative Suite
