This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and build strong relationships with customers. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Assist customers in selecting the best bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Ensure the showroom is running smoothly and safely

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoys building relationships and helping customers, and is comfortable with technology.

What You Will Bring:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
