Customer Service Role

We are seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves helping customers find the latest trends.

As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our team's success. Your primary objective will be to style customers with the latest fashion trends, assist with stock organisation and visual merchandising, and maintain a high level of store appearance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for:
