Business Operations and Management Specialist

This critical role involves overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all group finances including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Oversee payroll and HR functions: recruitment, contracts, training, and compliance
  • Lead governance and risk management across entities, including health and safety protocols
  • Provide high-level analysis and insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, debtor control, and supplier relationships
  • Oversee IT systems, marketing, and general administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with financial, payroll, and workflow software such as Reckon Hosted, ServiceM8, Tanda, and Capital Business Management System
