Civil Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Civil Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic workforce in the City of Bunbury. This role offers a unique blend of operational expertise and hands-on skills in civil construction.

Job Summary:
  • Maintain and operate machinery, including excavators, graders, front-end loaders, and rollers, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build roads, drains, and concrete paths, leveraging expertise on-site.
  • Implement and adhere to strict quality control measures, ensuring accurate levels and plans for drainage, digging, and concrete work.
  • Set up and finish concrete paths, lay pipes for drainage, and construct storm drains, adhering to safety protocols.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in road construction and maintenance, including operating plant machinery like excavators and skid steers.
  • Able to read and interpret plans, work effectively to levels, and deliver high-quality civil works.
  • HR Driver's Licence (or commitment to obtain within three months) and a White Card.
  • Strong focus on teamwork and proactive approach to safety.
