Job Overview:

  Piacentini & Son is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a challenging role in our Kimberley Rehabilitation project.

  As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinate with teams and ensure compliance, efficiency and safety in the workplace.

  Key responsibilities include ensuring site-based maintenance tasks are achieved, delivering effective leadership through guidance and support to teams and individuals, monitoring work tasks closely and resolving issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and practices.

  You will be working on a 2:2 days only roster and will have opportunities to innovate and drive continuous improvement in work practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Section 26 qualification (essential)
  • Australian recognised trade qualification in mobile mechanical or automotive electrical preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to display a clear commitment to health, safety and well-being of all employees
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
  • Ability to obtain a national police clearance
