Job Description: Transport Driver

The Role of a Transport Driver at Ventura involves transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. As part of our driving team, you will be responsible for operating various routes, including route service, charter and school runs.

  • Provide a reliable and courteous bus service to our passengers;
  • Interact with customers, addressing their queries and concerns;
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections on your allocated bus;
  • Report any bus defects or road issues to our Operations Control Centre;
  • Work a variety of shifts across a 5-day roster;
  • Drive specified routes while ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of our passengers.
Salary and Benefits

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from AU$60,000 to AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Transport Driver at Ventura, you will require:

  • A valid MR/HR/HC license;
  • A high level of customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse customers;
  • A safe driving record;
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts;
  • A strong focus on safety;
  • Passing pre-employment medical, police and working with children checks.
