We are seeking a reliable and friendly Charter Bus Driver to join our team at the Croydon Depot. As a Casual Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and professional transportation services to our passengers.
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to balance their lifestyle and gain consistent ongoing work. Our drivers are expected to maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all passengers have a positive experience on board.
The position involves driving a charter bus Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons during school terms. The morning shift begins at 06:25am and ends at 08:40am, while the afternoon shift starts at 15:15pm and finishes at 17:25pm. This role offers a great work-life balance, with only 22.05 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a charter bus safely and efficiently to and from designated locations
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and tidy bus, adhering to safety and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding any issues or concerns
- Full Victorian MR licence or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including Drivers Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children's Card (WWCC)
