The Role: Transportation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting passengers and providing exceptional customer service. Our drivers operate a range of driving services, including route service, charter and school runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly, professional and reliable bus service to our passengers;
• Answer general customer queries and interact with passengers;
• Conduct pre-trip inspections on your allocated bus;
• Report any bus defects or on-road issues to the Operations Control Centre;
• Work a variety of shifts across a 5-day roster;
• Drive specified routes as directed while ensuring the care, safety and comfort of our customers.

Requirements:

• MR/HR/HC license;
• A high level of customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base;
• A safe driving record;
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts;
• A strong focus on safety;
• Passing pre-employment medical, police and working with children check.
