Transportation Specialist

Established in 1924, Ventura is the largest privately owned bus company in Australia. We have been providing reliable, friendly, and sustainable bus services for over a century. Our team of over 1600 employees operates more than 950 buses across various routes.

The Role:

We are seeking experienced drivers to join our team as Transportation Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our passengers receive a smooth and comfortable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing safe and efficient transportation services to our passengers;
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service;
• Conducting pre-trip inspections on assigned buses;
• Reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to the Operations Control Centre;
• Working a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends;
• Driving specified routes while ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A current MR/HR/HC licence;

• A safe driving record and a strong focus on road safety;
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends;
