Croydon, Australia Montrose Bus & Coach Full time

We are currently on the search for our next team member. We are looking for reliable, well-presented drivers who will make an impression every time they are with our clients. You will have a can-do attitude, be reliable, on time, have good organizational skills, have a good knowledge of Melbourne, and some regional (but not essential) knowledge, have experience in the bus industry, have excellent communications skills, likes working with people, will go above and beyond for our clients and have an all-round great attitude. This position will suit semi-retired people who are looking to reduce their hours. This is an on-call position, so regular weekly hours are not guaranteed. As an On-Call casual, you have the flexibility to set your own days. You can work a few hours a week or take on everything we have to offer. In return you will work with a terrific team that values great work ethic.

We offer the following:

- Charter and rail replacement work
- Immediate start
- Must have an MR or HR (preferable) licence - please provide VicRoads point statement
- Must have Working With Children card
- Must have current DC (Drivers Certificate)
- At least 3 years’ experience in either route service or charter
- Log book preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

- Safety as your first priority
- Safe driving practices
- Transporting valued clients to their destinations in a timely and comfortable manner
- Flexible with hours
- MR4 standby rail and ongoing rail replacement occupations as required
- A passion for excellent customer service
- Fueling buses after shifts
- Cleaning vehicle after shifts
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures

**Salary**: From $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 25 per week
