Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our facilities. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.

You'll work closely with our operations team to maintain a clean and safe environment, enforce safety rules and regulations, and participate in regular training and drills to ensure you're always equipped to handle any situation.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Lifeguard with current Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTP) certification and Dispatch Smart Training;
  • First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Ability to swim 200 meters without resting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Valid Working with Children Check;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays during peak season.

Please note that this is a casual position from October to April, with the need to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays during the peak season.

Must be available to work a minimum of twice per week during peak season.

Physical requirements include but are not limited to walking, carrying, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, sitting, standing, twisting, repetitious movement.
