Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Waterpark Team Member to join our team

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

As a Waterpark Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, setting the tone for their visit. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds, responding clearly and helpfully to any questions or concerns they may have.

You will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our waterpark, ensuring that all rides and attractions are operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests to the waterpark and provide them with information about the park and its facilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and politely to guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the waterpark, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to your supervisor.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of all rides and attractions.
Requirements
  • Age 18+
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
