With a bunch of fantastic attractions including a 6 lane Giant Slide known as “The Racer” which is the biggest slide of its kind in the country, a 600m Toboggan ride, a state-of-the-art Laser Tag arena, Water Park (Available Sept – Apr) including 6 heart-stopping thrill slides, kids aqua play and wading pool area, magnificently sculpted 36 hole Mini Golf course, Theatre and Plantation tour, Go Bananas Fun Zone, a 4D Ride Simulator, Ice-Skating Rink, Bumper Cars, Axe Throwing and 4 Escape Rooms The park also features a Café, Gift Shop, Aloha Shack, Candy Kitchen, Opal Centre and Steve McEwan’s Reptile World.

Job Description

About the Role:

As a member of our team, you'll be part of creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors. Your duties may include:

- Assisting guests with rides and attractions.
- Supervising activities in the Waterpark and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Providing excellent customer service at various points throughout the park.
- Helping with general maintenance and cleanliness of the Attractions.
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of all activities.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum Age: 16 years old
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or working with children is a plus, but not essential.
