We are currently looking for a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team.

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service to our clients and Issuer Services. You will work closely with the Client Service Manager to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client and shareholder inquiries within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinating the logistics of shareholder meetings and providing guidance to clients on meeting arrangements
  • Updating the client database (CRM) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing administrative tasks and end-of-month reporting for clients and Relationship Managers
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients/customers
  • Attending meetings at various locations, including regional and interstate travel

You will be expected to use clear and concise communication, maintain client-specific knowledge and expertise, and provide exemplary customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent PC skills with a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
