Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and deliver property certificates from government departments, local authorities, and other relevant authorities directly to our clients as required.">
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit our customers.">
  • Maintain a high level of service mentality to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service possible.">
  • Participate in over-the-phone training, passing leads to sales, assisting with product testing, bureau processing, and administrative tasks as needed.">
  • Contribute to process improvements, provide meaningful solutions to problems, and demonstrate strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a high-volume customer service environment or demonstrated ability to work effectively in such a setting.">
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve problems and provide solutions that meet client needs.">
