Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Implementation Support Officer to play a critical role in the successful rollout of early childhood reforms across South Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of key initiatives.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, travel logistics, and diary coordination for senior team members.
- Manage administrative processes such as minute-taking, correspondence tracking, document management, and action item follow-ups.
- Support data collection, research, and implementation of local projects.
- Assist with financial processes, HR tasks, and internal compliance reporting.
- Foster collaboration by maintaining information systems, databases, and communication channels.
