The Investment, Products and Services (IPS) team is responsible for various areas including front office, markets commentary, portfolio construction and analysis, and capital markets distribution.

We are seeking a skilled professional to monitor adviser requests and general information for use in portfolio management, rebalance SMA portfolios to align with their underlying models provided by external parties, and maintain strategy models from internal and external managers using Avaloq.

Daily cash sweep of SMA portfolios across base currencies, update client and IPS reporting data feeds for implementation analysis, and participate in internal meetings such as the Implementation Sub Committee and Investment Committee.

Update Avaloq with new information relevant to the smooth running of implementation, prepare quarterly reports for advisers using our PRG reporting process, and maintain sharepoint with information required for client management.

Monitor cut-off times for fund redemption/subscription to ensure orders are produced efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring adviser requests and general information
  • Rebalancing SMA portfolios
  • Maintaining strategy models on Avaloq
  • Cash sweeping and reporting
  • Preparing reports and maintaining sharepoint
  • Monitoring cut-off times

Key requirements include:

  • Basic understanding of portfolio management principles
  • Degree qualified in finance, mathematics or business
  • Avaloq experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to handle adviser demands and work under pressure
  • Exceptional prioritization skills and ability to multitask effectively
