Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and some knowledge of commercial portfolios.
  • You understand strata legislation and can communicate it effectively.
  • You excel at building relationships, finding win-win solutions, and turning detractors into promoters.
  • You take action, deliver commitments, and celebrate achievements.
  • You possess basic Microsoft Office skills and a solid understanding of financial reports and budgets.
