Leadership Role in Commodities and Global Markets

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Commodities and Global Markets Post-Trade division within the Rates Management Team. This team plays a pivotal role in curating and producing rates essential for valuing, settling, and managing risk across a diverse portfolio of derivative products.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to design and implement rate curves for new trading activities, delivering timely solutions that drive business success. They will also lead strategic, high-impact projects that support new business setups, streamline rate capture processes, and roll out innovative reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement rate curves for new trading activities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technology teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a risk analytics or similar capacity
  • Strong understanding of derivatives across commodities, FX, and/or interest rate markets
  • Familiarity with technology stacks, including basic knowledge of Python or equivalent scripting languages
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with prior experience managing or leading a team being advantageous
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with a focus on delivering sustainable and innovative solutions
