Corporate Risk Treasury Management Executive

Rabobank Australia is seeking an experienced professional to join the Corporate Risk & Treasury Management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage expertise in derivative FX sales and interest rate derivatives to drive business growth.

About the Role

The Corporate Risk & Treasury Management team provides foreign exchange (FX), Interest rate and Commodity derivative risk management solutions to Wholesale Banking customers of Rabobank Australia and New Zealand Group. As a Corporate Risk Treasury Management Executive, you will be responsible for covering a portfolio of wholesale clients, providing them with derivative hedging solutions to meet their FX and Interest rate price risk hedging needs.

Responsibilities
  • Pricing and executing derivative transactions
  • Demonstrating thought leadership by forming trade ideas to share with clients
  • Providing regular market updates to clients
  • Conducting client meetings
  • Engaging with traders and research analysts
  • Internal meetings with key stakeholders (e.g. risk and relationship managers)
  • Coaching / supporting junior team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years working experience within the banking industry or the broader financial markets (including FI's and corporate treasuries)
  • At least 8 years derivative FX sales experience with either domestic and/or international banks, corporate treasury divisions or FI's
  • Strong commercial skills and excellent market awareness across FX and/or interest rate markets
  • Excellent communication, organisation, sales, and time management skills and have a successful track record in meeting/exceeding targets
