The role of Protocol Administration Officer involves establishing accredited property audit lists and providing guidance to staff on operational procedures.
In this position, you will work closely with the Audit Operations team to deliver regulatory audits and manage export and biosecurity risks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing accredited property audit lists and advising clients on their accreditation status
- Managing the creation of protocol accredited property lists for the program
- Responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing guidance and assistance to staff on operational procedures
To be successful in this role, you will require knowledge related to import and/or exports or agricultural industries, as well as an understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks. Additionally, you should have the ability to maintain awareness of changes in the broader work environment.
