Capital Project Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider as a Capital Project Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all capital works across a major metropolitan hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead capital projects within a live hospital environment.
• Oversee works across areas such as medical imaging, pathology, and Day Surgery Units (DAS) / Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs).
• Liaise with clinical stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.

About You:
• Proven experience delivering complex capital works within a healthcare setting – this could be within hospitals, medical imaging, pathology.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
• Confident managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
