Job Title: Healthcare Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to oversee the redevelopment of the John Hunter Hospital Campus. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering this major healthcare infrastructure project.

The project involves the construction of a new acute services building, refurbishment of existing hospital facilities, and provision of additional capacity to meet growing demands in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare infrastructure projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, communication, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including hospital staff, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
