Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide exceptional service to our customers through phone and email inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to online and telephone customer contacts, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Internal System Utilization: Use Zendesk to communicate with potential and existing customers who contact Snooze via our website, maintaining accurate records and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Phone Support: Handle incoming calls on our 1800 customer service number, providing clear guidance and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with the Consumer Guarantee's & Compliance Manager and other teams within the Support Centre and Stores as required, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant consumer laws, completing training modules on SCOPE, our e-learning platform, and staying up-to-date with legislative requirements.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a similar position, with a working knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and task-focus are essential.
Benefits and Salary Information
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
