We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager who is committed to driving a positive workplace culture and delivering outstanding customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Development: Create and maintain a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on and can-do attitude.
