About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the store operations functions to drive a positive, sales-focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the knowledge and capability of the Warehouse and Administration teams.
  • Creating a positive store atmosphere to deliver a great customer experience and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensuring the store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Monitoring store activities to ensure alignment with the company's core policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Establishing and overseeing effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.

About You

  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse and administration management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
